We have revised the fee structure for our NORVIS 2023 summer school to be held at Barnard Castle School from 29th July to 5th August 2023. The rates reflect the changes to cost of accommodation and catering. The principal options are:
- full board and accommodation with tuition (which includes breakfast, lunch and evening meal as well as morning and afternoon refreshments)
- non-resident with tuition (which includes lunch and evening meal as well as morning and afternoon refreshments).
It is our custom to offer a special rate to younger people and students in full-time education. We also welcome applications for bursaries from the NORVIS Bursary Fund to reduce the tuition cost and thereby enable those who would otherwise be unable to participate.

If you apply before 1st April 2023, you will earn an EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT of £30 from the fees.
Please complete the application form online and send a deposit of £70 as soon as possible. This can be done by internet banking. Payment of the balance of fees is due by 1st June 2023.
If you cancel after this date, you will be liable for the fees, so you are advised to take out travel insurance to cover any loss should you be unable to attend NORVIS for whatever reason.
Please note that the NORVIS Trustees reserve the right to amend the fees and discounts offered.
