NORVIS 2023 is more or less full, now. We have room to squeeze in one or two more viol players. Other instrumentalists should contact the Administrator via the contact form first to see if there is any room.

We are looking forward to a delightful week at Barnard Castle, once again. Superb classes with magnificent tutors, different groups of ensemble playing, the choir, NORVIS Baroque Orchestra, recorder ensemble, a choice of delights, evening concerts including in the Bowes Museum…

Applications are going very well for NORVIS 2023, but there is still time to apply. We look forward to hearing from you. Have a good look at information about NORVIS on the website and music list and make your online application and pay your deposit.

We hope all our participants and tutors enjoyed a wonderful week of NORVIS, celebrating its 50th summer school (including a fine concert in The Bowes Museum preceded by Prosecco and cake) in new surroundings at Barnard Castle School. NORVIS 51 is set to commence on Saturday 29th July 2023 – watch out for the launch of booking in November.
