The dates of NORVIS 2024 are 3rd – 10th August 2024
BOOKING IS OPEN FOR NORVIS 2024 USING THE ONLINE FORM BELOW
You apply online to NORVIS from this page, giving a range of information about yourself and which main tuition study and other options you would like to take at NORVIS. We ask you to pay a deposit straight after you book. Later on, we will ask you some more questions to help you get the most out of NORVIS. Full fees are due by 1st June.
We are always delighted to welcome participants across a wide range of ages. Young people aged 16 or 17 need clear parental consent and those aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please note, however, that NORVIS is not aimed at young children or complete beginners. The Trustees of NORVIS reserve the right to decline an application where they think that the applicant may not be suited to the course (e.g. too young).
We aim to make NORVIS as accessible as possible. Some wheelchair access facilities are available. Please contact us to discuss any specific needs you have.
UPDATE: Full fees are due by the 1st June. At present booking is still open for NORVIS, but we reserve the right to close the booking system in order to complete our preparations for the NORVIS week. Chris Orton’s advanced recorder class is FULL. Please apply to Annabel Knight’s advanced recorder class instead. Andrew Fowler’s consort singing class is FULL. Jacqui Robertson-Wade’s Solo Bass Viol class is full, as is the Intermediate Viol class. We have a few spaces in viol or recorder, with more spaces in baroque strings and lute and (one or two) harpsichord.
When you are ready, fill in the application form. When you are on the form, you may need to SCROLL UP or DOWN to see each section, depending on the device you are using. If you get an error message when filling in the form, please contact us and we will do our best to sort out the problem or take your application by another means.
